About pre-inked stamps:
Pre-inked stamps allow you to make many impressions without having to refill ink each time. The bottom cap should be removed and firmly replaced between uses. Upon first receiving your stamp, please take a clean sheet of paper and make some impressions to push out excess ink BEFORE using for more permanent items.
